Hi everyone! Had a great time hanging out with the awesome guys from the Bike Shop Scotland. Got them to do a few repairs and picked up a few new spares which I will try out over the next few weeks. Always like to pass past here when I am in the area, and they are the best when it comes to repairs! Planning a bike trip soon before the weekends become busy with led rides - I will be posting the led rides up on here soon, so keep an eye out for them.

Hi everyone! Really been wanting to try out the flash on my camera since I have had it - so thought these would be a good opportunity to try and adapt the camera to the different lighting. The drinks looked so good I had to capture them. A super chilled place which was great, a different evening than usual - soon it will be evenings outdoors when the evenings are lighter.
More soon! Photos - Guilliame Vincent Hi everyone! Some awesome photos from a magazine article I did a few weeks back to promote Mont Tremblant Fat Bike trail network. There is about 50km of trails to choose from, and 15km of them are fully maintained singletrack. There are a mix of green and red trails to choose from with the opportunity to loop back and cover more distance. There are a number of trails that are awesome but my personal favourite was Ecureuil because its such a flowy trail. I also liked Sciotte as it follows the side of the river and is just super nice.
Now just to wait on my new Kona to arrive so I can get out and explore! More soon! Hi everyone! Such a cosy breakfast with friends at Edinburgh Larder, always great to spend time with awesome people.
We found this place almost by accident, however we will have to visit again - the coffee, the food, the atmosphere - all so good. Definitely worth checking it out if you are in Edinburgh. More soon! Hi everyone! This cold weather across Scotland sure has brought with it some nice sunsets. Its so good to get to see an amazing sunset in a new place too, even if it was super windy. The sky in the morning has also been amazing, although following the saying 'red sky in morning, shepherds warning' we may be in for a bout of changing weather.
More soon! Hi everyone, so whilst I am here in Quebec I have had a lot of opportunity to sample local cuisine. There are huge French influences evident throughout all aspects of Quebec life, and none more so than the food. One restaurant we went to let you see the crepes being made which was really cool, especially when you could then see the ingredients being added. I haven't had crepes as a main meal before so it was fun to try something a bit different, although they are super filling!
New news about Kona about to drop so excited to be able to tell you more! More soon! Hi everyone! Whilst in Montreal we found out that the F1 race track is open to the public when it is not being used for racing, so we just had to try it out! There are a lot of people who cycle round it, however with the current weather we decided it best to drive.
The course has a 30 limit on it to preserve the track but it was really cool to take a normal car round especially where the start grid is. Driving round you realise how tight the corners must be at 100mph+ and it just shows the skill F1 drivers have. I wonder if there are more F1 tracks that are accessible like this all year round? More soon! Hi everyone! So good to get out in the cold here - its sat at about -10 out and dry so its been great for all the time I have spent outdoors. Its so nice up North here, everywhere around are amazing cottages and people outdoors enjoying the weather.
Hoping to try XC skiing soon, spent today exploring the trail network and local area which looks really exciting! Any other suggestions of things I need to do whilst in Canada? More soon! |
